On April 30, 2009 representatives
from JBL and Dobbs Stanford visited
South Plains College and held a
product demonstration for Harman
vendors and dealers from west
Texas. Understanding the importance
of education, JBL was kind enough to
allow our students to attend the
demonstration and hear, first hand,
many of the different products that JBL has to offer. JBL's touring
sound field representative Raul Gonzalez did a fantastic job of
including the students in the seminar.
Raul gave a brief history of JBL and presented a very insightful
look into the technology and advancements that JBL has
invested into their current line up. There were a large variety of
products on display that included everything from their powered
VP and VRX series tops and subs all the way up to their VerTec
4887 & 4888 touring cabinets.
We are extremely grateful to JBL and Dobbs Stanford for putting
this together and we hope to partner with them again very soon.
